Need help from IOWA peoples!

I'm planning on going from Minnesota to the Queensryche, Dream Theater and Fates Warning show Mon 7/21/03 - The Uptown Theater - Kansas City, KS and thought i would lay-over in Des Moines, IA on Sun 7/20/03. I'd like to check out a metal club in Des Moines. Any suggestions? Please post links!
