heavy metal is a muchmore distortedand aggressive style of rock n roll. It is a term that has branched several genres such as Death Metal, Black Metal, Doom Metal, Nu-Metal, and many others. To me heavy metal symbolizes a movement of those who express themselves musicly in a less traditional way. Heavy metal is definetly a minority musical genre.
