Need help with ProTools!

Okay, so i got protools express in September, since then i've had to reformat my HDD etc, and now i've gotten to downloading PT again, however the avid profile centre thing is saying the download is code only. Now, when I go to put in my code, it comes up with the normal "this code has already been used, if you previously used it for your own download check your licenses and products/downloads page", which is the page that in the first place told me it's a code only download.

Effectively it's urgent I get PT back, because I need to learn routing around there fairly quickly, but thanks to reformatting my HDD and the product being code download only, I can't get it.

Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated.

can't really think of anything aside from contacting avid.

may be worth looking into pro tools free (if it's out yet?) or paying a month's subscription for PT12. ain't too expensive and could sort you out in this case....
