There isn't a cover, it's only picture in the 7' itself. So what you need is to someone scan the record! I have the 7', but I don't have scanner, sorry...

sorry, i was blind and i just remembered on the opeth official page there's the scan of the 7"... well... so, since it says that there are 4 songs out, someone could tell me which is the 4th one...
