Need some help getting rid of the "listening fatigue"

Hey guys. Im having a bit of an issue. On my monitors at home (B2031A's) my mix sounds pretty good.

However, when Im on headphones, im getting a LOT of fatigue from piercing treble and such. Can someone offer some frequency tips so that I preserve my high end, but dont blow others ears out?!?

Here are 3 mp3's that share the same master buss settings, and give an idea of what Im dealing with.
