Need some tips to get this pod HD tone any better.

Scored a pod hd a few days ago and this is the first thing i did with it .
Gonna be limited to amp sims for a while and i need to get some tracks ready.
What do you think?

I got one recently also. So far my favorite setup for rhythm tones is the SLO 100 Overdrive using the Brit 75 cab and a Screamer in the first fx slot with the typical gain 0 output 100 setting.

I can't get the soldano to do the metal thing correctly .... im liking the Uber with the Uber cab the most at the moment .

what mic are you using? Could you share the patch for this? My favorites are the fireball with the xxl cab and 409 and the treadplate with the matching cab and either the 57 off axis or the 421.

mesa dual rec with everything at noon , ts in front, v30 cab and mic on axis, dual tone it with one mic of axis.

It's the default mic loaded with the cab ,ones of the condensers i think. There is a second cab but at really low volume.(xxl + 409 mic)

Thats a good One. I've been stuck on the Fireball and matching cab with a 409 on one side and a 421 on the other.
