Nevermore SF roll call

Saw Nevermore last night, and Jim is back. It was an awesome, awesome show! Everyone sounded great, couldn't have asked for a better show after five years since the last time I saw them. This was only the second time I've seen them here at home in Texas! Stood right in front of Attila for most of the set; he's definitely a natural on stage with them and all his smiles just make you wanna smile hah. I shouted "NO MORE WILL...BOZARTH" at every chance but to no avail haha! Had a brief exchange with Warrel near the end of the set but couldn't stick around for socializing afterward, oh well. Oh and I shouldn't have eaten all those Doritos during the opening bands...by the time Nevermore went on I was feeling pretty foul

I have videos to share once Youtube decides to get it's butt moving this morning.

Jim is going home for 2 days because he has a court date that he can't get out of....one of which is a day off, Dagna will fill in when he's gone, she rocks and is totally capable of filling Uncle Jimbo's shoes..

Dagna is 150% capable of this. Those of us that sae Wally on his solo tour know this. She was fucking awesome, on top of that she builds her own basses for christ sake, and they fucking slay. She was kind enough to let me check it out at the Vegas show :)

I guess somebody reported my videos, because now they have pending copyright investigation on them. Never happened with any of my other live videos, ever. If they are determined to infringe on copyright then my Youtube account will be deleted, yay!

Gay.

I contacted Century Media for permission. If nothing happens within the next few days or if I don't hear anything, I'll delete the videos myself I guess, and just put them up on Facebook. A lot of my Youtube videos are things that I no longer have on my computer, so to lose all of that would suck.

Yeah, I personally don't understand why it's not ok to post videos of shows. I mean, there are certain songs they want to keep a surprise for people, but other than that...I dunno. I think a good video gets people pumped to see a band in the flesh. I took a couple, but I don't think I'll post them now. The sound quality is beyond shitty anyway. Good luck, Cara!

CM should have nothing to do with this. They own the rights to the master recordings of the official releases, optionally along with other publishing rights (usually not), but - with Nevermore being both the authors and performers of the songs - this is primarily tangent to the bands' publishing and performers' rights.

Well, the videos are still available to watch, and I haven't received any notifications, so I've just stopped worrying about it. If I log in some day and my account is gone then so be it.
