Hello,

i need a new Amp form my “rock cover band”. At the moment i play a “VOX AD120 VTX” Hybrid modeling Amp. The Amps sound good and has many effects and preset banks. I love the AC30 tone from the Amp and the Marshall modern High Gain sound is the most used sound I think. I want a new Amp because it is old and perhaps I think there a few better Amps on the Market and the problem of repairing if the Amp has an defect. I think you can easyer find a person how can repairs Valve Amps then digital modelling Amps.

I need a few basic Sounds.

High Gain for Riffing and Rhythm,
Crunch Like a AC30 for pop songs and Queen songs ;-)
High Gain Lead Sound
Crunch like AC/DC
Clean (warm sound)

Effekts Reverb, Chorus, Phaser/Flanger ( Delay) (a Delay i have at Home form my old setup)

So I can spend 700 Euro Max. for new gear. My Dream is a 1x12 or 2x12 Valve Amp (think 40-50 Watt is enough) and a Multi effect. Perhaps an ad. booster like Tube screamer or so. Or a Tonebone Hotbritish.

What do think will be the best Setup for me?

An other modeling Amp with Valve poweramp like the Peavey Vyper Tube?

Or an Amp like the Marshall MA50C - 1x 12" plus TC ELECTRONIC NOVA MODULATOR

Is there an other good and cheap flexible Valve Amp on the market?

Thanks for your comment
