The 5150 - Krank Rev Jr - Valve King Shootout!

Im not sure which amp is which but i preffered the C one by far.

Of course quite a bit of high end on those clips but with no processing at all not a problem i guess

i didnt care for A after hearing B and C. like both B and C....C had more lowend to my ears. But both are good.

The DI's for this were provided by JeffTD. I believe its dropped C tuning, but don't quote me on it. I know the guitar was a Stinnette and I believe it was an EMG 89 in the bridge.

I could be completely wrong about this but anyway, whatever the outcome, I prefer A and B.

I cant listen cause im using my phone for the web, but i have a 5150 & a valveking. One thing ive found that helps the vk a lot is running an eq pedal through the effects loop as a boost. It opens it up quite a bit and sounds awesome! Different than the 5150, but good in its own way. Perfectly capable of doing metal tones.
