Ahahahha! I find that a bit hard to believe, the dude definitely accentuates his s's with a dose of "h"! I mean that lisp is there (albeit less noticeable) in the Hell Bent for Leather cover. Besides, what kind of equipment gives you a lisp for god's sake?

I don't know, but that is what Jeff has said. I can't see why he would lie about that, as the singer isn't in the band anymore!
Here is an interview done recently which talks about who the drumming
U-zine : And always about the new album Annihilator. Who was involved in the recording of this album ?
Jeff : There are always Dave Padden (guitar, singer) and me (guitar, singer). We are partners, we are Annihilator. And we hired a drummer, who is also on the Masters Of Rock DVD (Ryan Ahoff). I played the guitars, the bass on all the songs.
