It's cool. It's more Matheos/modern FW than either track on A Twist of Fate, but I expected that after the disappointing news that this would actually be, in part, an FW album Jim had already written much of before coming to John. It's still the best singer in metal making his return. Can't wait for my preorder to arrive.

Heavy Metal Thunder played all of Stained Glass Sky and another track, Midnight Serenade. Stained Glass Sky is much better in its complete 14 minute form. Midnight Serenade is shorter and rather straight forward, but still cool. Jim referred to as the accessible track they'd release to radio/do a video for (I can't imagine the latter). I'm confident the album will own. Monitor Youtube if you missed the opportunity to streamrip the songs...

Midnight Serenade is shorter and rather straight forward, but still cool.

I LOVE this track. Like the other, but certainly not as much as Midnight Serenade. Less wordy, more mystical and a bit reminiscent of Awaken the Guardian.

Your not kidding. I still can't believe after all these years we are getting what is essentially and old school Fates Warning Album. I am stoked beyond belief about this and if this one track is any indication of what we can expect, then WOW.
