sounds awesome to me. awesome players in the band, seen them twice.

it's not as technical as their previous efforts, but its still great.

Sucks that they went from awesome Hollow Crown to this.

(Opinion based on the songs they released before the album.. have not heard the full thing yet)

i wish the last one was produced/mixed better. too many weird harsh frequencies...

this one grows on you. it's like the song 'hollow crown' but an album of it.

stay young forever is the heaviest song on the album. pretty cool riff in it

It's definitely not terrible, but it's definitely not Architects as well... It's not even a progression it's more trying to get into an easier to swallow direction

a disappointment, but not too bothered. you could see from ruin to hollow crown they were in the process of "selling out" and it's not necessarily a bad thing.

their old music isn't affected by it.

that said, having just listened to nightmares and then this, it sounds like a completely different band..

Total different style from the previous albums, i liket those older albums,this is to modern and commercial for my tase.
Lots of annoying high frequencies in the mix, maybe just in the myspace compression format...

I think everything about this new cd blows all of their previous albums out of the water. This may be a different avenue, but its not the typical metalcore that I'm used to hearing. There is hints of saosin like riffs in the songs but at the same time it has the feel of evergreen terrace or comeback kid material. why yall be hatin?
