New band mix. Feedback wanted!!

Hey all. I have finally gotten around to recording and writing some music. I am currently demoing some band stuff of my own and just wanted to get some feedback on my mixing. I know its far from perfect.
I recorded the guitars using my POD X3. My drummer programmed the drums in Superior Drummer. The bass was just a guitar with a pitch shifter on it (I couldn't get hold of a bass). Have a listen to fit me back with some feedback please!

Mixing aside, I think what would benefit this track more than anything else would be to get those guitar parts as tight as possible. It seems they're quite out of time with the drums and it throws the whole song out of balance.

I hear what your saying. i have no idea why this mix was put up it was a demo try for the vocalist.. this is just a post that my guitarist put up just to get opinions his mixing cause he wasn't sure .....I will probably re track the guitar myself tonight
