Hey guys, we're getting ready to record drums for real in a couple of weeks, so me and my drummer have been demo-ing drum sounds for replacement, mainly kick and toms though as we're not going to replace his snare (it's just too goddam lush!)

Anyway, here's a very rough clip, unmastered, just mixed down, real basic. We're also going to re-amp guitars with a real 5150 and Ampeg SVT but as of now it's ReValver and Ampeg SVX

Let me know what you think!

Thanks man, leads were actually SoloC full stack I believe.

Here's the signal chain for the rhythms if anyone's interested..

Impulses are Catharsis 1on-preshigh on one side, 2off-preshigh on the other, quad tracked.

No problem dude! The trick with Revalver is the post gain. That's where they've really tried to simulate the power amp section of the signal chain, but you have to use it sparingly. By default most of the models are on 5, but that can make them a little sloppy/honky. More power amp = more mids and a little less definition so roll them off a tad but add more mids on the actual EQ to compensate.
