Hey guys
Just started trying to do some decent home recordings with a new vocalist i just met. Learnt alot so far from this site, cheers
Anyway this is what ive come up for as a first crack. Guitar is an ESP Alexi with a dimebucker, into a Toneport UX2, into reaper. Then TSS, LE456, spreshigh, and just high and low pass filter.
Bass is a cheap yammy into the ux2, then x30.
Drums are SD2/MF, just one of my own kits.
Vocals were all done through a condensor, into the ux2, with the screams through a distressor and the cleans through a 1176 compressor. All the vocals are mainly using the Antress vsts.
Any ideas on how to make it sound fuller? especially the guitars?
Cheers
Phil
