Skid Row called. They want their sound back. Honestly, I expected better and more originality from Edguy. The song ain't bad, but I heard similar in 1989.

It's good, but they haven't hit me lately like they did with kingdom of madness, vain glory opera, and savage poetry.

Sounded heavy enough to me. It IS power metal, after all. I liked the song. It was typical Edguy-catchy. I also noticed the Skid Row sound, though. I like it. It gives the song a ballsier sound, IMO.

For those of you that are pissin' and moanin' about this song, judge the album when it's actually released. For me, it's what I've been hearing out of the Edguys for the last three discs. The band flirted with this direction during Mandrake, so why the surprise? Edguy is one of my favorite bands and they never disappoint me. I'll be buying!

Sounds great to me! The chorus seems like it's missing one more good hook-line, but overall I enjoy it a lot. I can't wait to hear what the rest of the album sounds like.

I love it, hopefully the rest of the album and the any future videos have lost that 80's cheese factor. It's funny, people complain about it being unoriginal and complain about the drums being straight ahead and too simple... yet if they put out Vain Glory 2 or Mandrake 2 everyone complain that they are still doing the same old power metal double bass drum schtick again. While Rocket Ride completely lost me with a few exceptions, this cd looks to be heading in the right direction.
