New Hammerfall... holy backing vox, Batman!

C'mon ! Don't be a fool tell me ! :)

Okie.

Back in the old goofy Batman television show anytime there was some shenanigans goin down, Robin used to incorporate an exclamation with whatever the subject happened to be at the time .

Ex.

Batman is at the Tampon facotry after the Joker.

"Robin, open up that door."
"HOLY HEAVY FLOW BATMAN, I'm getting tampax in my Air Max."

Thanks for the explanation (funny example btw ).

By the way i've always been amazed by those old Batman TV shows (i'm referring to the black and white ones, no spoken dialogs (displayed as if in a cartoon)), there was a really specific sick/insane/creepy atmosphere (a la "we're trapped we're gonna die !") i really liked back then.

Check it, a classic example.

The jacket the frontman is wearign is exactly the same as the jackets My Chemical Romance wore for their Black Parade album.

This one's definitely going in the 'Power Metal' reference pile. Wonder what was done to process those vox. Probably just good tracking, the right amount of track blending and standard processing techniques done in a skillful way, as with most things.

Nice call on the D112, Dan.

It's a great mix... it's a shame the music is so fucking terrible though. Even by power metal standards.

Hahaha, yup, Hammerfall has always defined the things I hate most about power metal  I wanna hear Kamelot and Sonata with this kinda production! (well, Kamelot's production has always been good except for Thomas Youngblood always insisting on using that goddamn solid-state piece of crap VH140C for his tonez :erk: )
