New "Lies Beyond" Idea/Song!

hey guys, it's been a while but here we go again...

- same guitar settings i used for the "fast" one
- drums are still reason drk but blended with different samples (devildriver snare, chimaira toms)
- no bass and vocals yet

any comments/suggestions especially about the drum sound would be awesome! not happy with the toms...
don't mind the sloppy playing...

the cymbals towards the end kinda sound like white noise to me... other then that it's pretty good....

do you mean after or before the clean part? it's quite possible that my ears are foolin me right now but i can't hear any difference...

anyone else?

I love it.
Awesome riffs and great tone.
Drums can sound a bit fake in bits, maybe bring up the toms and add some eq and reverb to them.
But very nice
