New LTD

I'm thinking of getting a new LTD. I had and MH400 NT a few years back and I didn't get on with it, the sound was a bit thin for me.

Anyhow a few folk have said to go for another as they necks are pretty fast so some options to go for are,

Viper 400
EC 1000
F-400FM
AX 400 (only £425)
Ninja 600

I have an EC-1000 and love that thing to death. Mahogany body/neck, set-neck construction, EMG's, TonePros locking TOM, locking Sperzel tuners...really great deal for what you pay. Can't say anything about any of the other guitars you mentioned, sorry

Go for ESP, the LTC EC-1000 sounded paper-thin compared to it's big sister. There's absolutely no comparison.
