Mix wise, it sounds really scooped and the compression on either the mix or drum buss is pumping really badly - Makes it quite fatiguing to listen to.

I wouldn't advertise yourselves as a hardcore band because you're not (not a criticism, but it's definitely straight-up metalcore).
