New metalcore band i produced and mixed

hey guys

This is is a song by a new young Metalcore Band i produced and i am mixing right now.

Drums are SSD
Kick 10
Maple toms
Dream snare

Gutiars are dual tracked -> Schecter with EMG 89 -> podfarm.

Perhaps you could be so kind to give me some feedback.
What do you think this mix need more /less?
Any help would be much appreciated!

vocals and guitars seem to be dominating the mix. The snare sounds kind of dead as well, not really all that well defined.

Vocals do seem to be dominating pretty hard, and I'm not a fan of them. The mix is pretty cool though, any insight to your guitar/tom processing?

Can you specify what it is you dont like about the vocals? The style in gerneral or how i tried to put em in the mix?



Guitars:
Diamondplate with screamer - low pass (12k) and high pass (60) into sonic maximizer.

toms: cut 100 hz quite a bit

Ah, nice. I'm just not a fan of the style of the vocals, they seem too "WHUAH"-y, if that makes any sense, and they sound a bit dry.

gotta work on the cymbals more, and the tom rolls. Sound too fake.
