New mix needs some work

I was really motivated, so I did this today. I finally got the Guitarhack impulses and am definitely getting heavier tones so far. I especially may need to re-record the bass, as it comes through too much at certain times.

How does the mix sound though?

I realize the riffs don't go together so well.. but I'll find something that will fit more nicely.

guitars can be a bit tighter I think that'll really help, and they need to be brought out in front more as well. Nice tone though.

Much better tone than previous post. Are you using the same guitar chain just with the impulses?

Definitely. Once I have everything to finish the song up, I am rerecording the guitars and bass so I will be set with the sound I want. Thanks for the feedback!

Yes, Studio Devil Amp. I basically always use the same guitar chain, but now I've got more impulses that just have more balls, which I am loving.

I'm wondering, could the drums be a bit too loud? Any tips on bringing out the guitars in front?
