New Mix

Here's a mix I did tonight. Musically, I don't dig this at all...reminds me of some stupid grunge band like Silverchair with a couple of random death metal screams for no reason. They booked like 4 hours at a buddy's studio and wanted to record AND mix 4 or 5 songs in one night (!), so I offered to do the mix to give him a break. Sound OK?

The mix is really good. I like a lot. The vocals could use autotune(just my opinion) but i like the tones. The drum sound is really nice. Good work to you and your friend.

Guitars seem a bit dull. Vocals might need a bit of touchnig up with Auto-tune. Drums are a bit unbalanced IMO. Snare is fine, but the rest could be a bit louder, only slightly though.
In '94 it would have made a nice EP- thats a compliment BTW haha. I still don't mind this style.

The whole darn thing needs autotune, haha!

I tweaked some things tonight and got it more punchy. Sounds pretty good now I think (well, as good as it can)...I re-uploaded to the same link.

The drums seem to sound better balanced. I think the guitars could still be a bit brighter, though they do sound a bit scratchy, so I understand if your'e trying to keep that hidden.
