I'm thinking of getting a Shelby myself.. but 500HP is too much of a waste, if u compare it to the differential in torque, it's all noise and not much speed in the long run.. not to mention the fuel consumption.

The Camaro is modeled after the 67-69 era.
The Mustang after my 2nd fav car of all time, the 1970 fastback GT. (#1 being the 66' Cobra 427CJ)

The problem i have, I do like both models, but now the originals are diminished, IMO.

I have long wanted to do a frame up restoration of a 70' fastback or a 69 RS/SS. Money has not allowed me too so far, but it is close. But with these coming out, I may shift to a cuda, GTO or 71 Camaro SS (round tail lights! Love em'!!). But I heard they are retro'ing those as well.

Fucking Detroit, come out with some new shit, quit trying to re-run classics....

I plan on one day rebuilding a 69 RS and painting it black with 2 white stripes down the center. mmmmmmmm
