I never understood why people come and plug their crappy free forums with no members on well established forums. It's extremely stupid.

Not hardly.
This board has a few things many forums do not.
Lots of traffic, many different people to make things interesting, a wide range of views on many different topics, ect ect
I have noticed 2 kinds of forum people while I have been using online forums for the last 5 years or so. People who like activity, traffic, and lots of things to discuss with lots of people. Then there are people who can't stand a forum like the one I have mentioned and they make it their crusade to set up some good ole boys club that has 2 threads a day and is so painfully slow it hurts.
If I don't like something I ignore it. Read that as just don't pay attention to it, not using the ignore feature. Then again I am a pretty tolerant person as well.
So trying to get me to go to a forum that will basically be a fraction of what this one is, and that fraction mostly being from here will not work.

well said! i personally love an active forum. i dont want to post a comment or question and come back 6 hours later only to see no one has said anything in reply. that just makes me not wanna even bother coming back to a forum. UM, while it has stupid threads here and there is perfect for me.
