uh, *i do PR!* what she means is the PROMOTER doesn't do shit for advertising these shows on radio, newspapers, flyering, etc.!

I've heard that this is the main complaint about the guy who runes these festivals. Jon Oliva's camp were very surprised at how poorly organized the entire thing was. They couldn't evn post the confirmation that they were performing until the morning of their performance! Crappy turnout? YES!! (I wasn't there, but this is what EVERYONE is saying).
