I'm gonna have to call them then. Thanks for the info duder. The wand was inside the vape, and somehow the guitarist brought his elbow down quite hard directly on the wand, which broke the glass around the ceramic heating element.

Cool yeh just give them a call 866-835-6428(7th floor office) well if i understand what you are saying only the glass is really broke.....which u would have to replace they don't warrant any of the glass...there standard glass pieces are pretty cheap...But as far the buddha itself they will hook you up

Yeah really you are just gonna have to replace the glass......IT still warms up fine correct? if so just get one one of these http://www.dabuddhavaporizer.com/heater-covers.html and a new wand......should be like 30 bucks for both......WOW is that the pic or is your glass almost all black
it's easy to get that glass off to it will just slide off...might have to do a little twisting but it should come off

yeah it's almost completely black. lol. do you know how to replace it? it looks like there are 3 screws, but I took off the bottom plate and it looks like the nuts on the screws are fused to the screw, it still heats up just fine

you shouldn't have to un screw anything....just grab it by the base of the glass piece and work it up.....it will slide right off...just be a little careful and then get a new one and slide it back done and its ready to go.....Easy fix actually.....Yeh thats a good sign you got it WAY to hot ..your burning it.....I have had mine for 2 yrs now, use it everyday and my glass heater cover is still 90% clear....so you might want to mess with that too

I think it happened from my girlfriend knocking herb down in there and it got instantly burnt up. Happened at least 15 times. We usually don't turn the knob past noon. I just got the piece off. That was amazingly easy thanks for all your help dude

Wow, really? I usually have mine at around 1:00 (drew little lines with a sharpie to remember the spots
), and I still take pretty slow drags; I can get it up to around 2:00 before it starts burning, but at that temperature it usually vapes the part of weed (cannibinol, I think) that makes you sleepy and get the munchies, so I tend to avoid it

That's usually where we start and when it get close to being cashed we might turn it up to 1, anything far beyond that you are borderline burning instead of vaping
