Just wanted to share with you my joy of having a new toy, a RME Fireface 800 (Octamic D coming up next week), can't wait to use it (but have to, I don't have Firewire card yet, lol).

I've had one for the last few months. They're fabulous. Great routing options, rock-solid drivers, and best of all, they sound great too.

Great buy, dude. RME's converters are fantastic, especially for their price. Apparently the routing and drivers are near flawless as well, looks like a superb item. I'm jealous.
