It's interesting and inspiring to learn that he's just as big of a dork as most of us here. His studio is in HIS PARENTS' HOUSE. Look at it, most of our setups are nicer, at least in terms of sonic treatment and speaker positioning!! And he's made tons of my favorite albums ever!

Truly inspiring because he is proof that all you need is talent and good ears.

It's amazing to watch Wilson fly around in front of the computer. On the Opeth studio dvd they put out a few years back it seemed like Logic audio was wired to his brain!

About SW...somehow love his attitude about the studio, haven't heard his new album, but for me, In Absentia is one of the cd's I hear before even mixing any track.

AWESOME interview! SW is one of my favorites. I really love most of the stuff he has put out. "Insurgentes" is amazing as well.

Great interview. Steven is probably my favorite songwriter of all time. Really awesome that he gets such great sounds out of a minimal setup.
