Unfotunately the room is really small. Behind the cab is a door to a fairly decent sized bathroom. When I track I normally open that to minimize reflections.

For the moment till I get enough saved up for leasing / buying a space or getting a house it will have to suffice :(

Oh and I smoke like a chimney :)

I'm seriously considering getting the same desk... how does it work for you? I've heard some say the racks make the monitors too high, but I'm 6' 3" and sit pretty high up anyways....

EDIT: And why does everyone get new Musicians Friend catalogs but me! I haven't gotten one in like a year!

Blech... Marlboro Mediums. I prefer menthol... but I gotta quit.

I like the desk dude - what make is it / how much did it set you back?

Also - how do you lke SW: TFE 2? I just got the first one and my son and I are digging it.

At 6' 3" the desk might be a bit rough for you as the main part sits really low. I have a longer torso then I have legs so it works out for me. It also helps that I have a kick ass chair in my main office that I can drag in IF the back starts bothering me. The desk suits my body really well as it puts my monitors right at ear level which is great.

So for how much, Got it from guitar center for $200 IMHO you will be hard pressed to find a desk with as many features for the price.

We are getting a new TV in the living room for Christmas so I am putting the old 42 plasma in here as my main monitor in a few weeks. I will be getting rid of the dual 19" setup and using the single 42".

I finished SW TFU yesterday after owning it for 3 days ...lol and all i can say is FUCKING EPIC! Great continuation to the story line, some rocking new abilities, and the gameplay is really improved since the first one. I am a HUGE SW fan so anything that lets me play a light saber wielding Jedi gets an A+ even if it sucks ...lol

Its not as immersive as say ... Dragons Age, but its a GREAT game none the less.

Gotta watch with the TV's as monitors man, I have a 42" running here but it doesnt like resolutions above a certain amount even though it is "HD" which is a bit of a pain in the arse really, you don't have as much workspace because everythings just bigger.
