New studio. What to buy?

So, my father probably used drugs and offered me to lent me some money to build my own studio. I still dont have the exact budget but i need to build a essential equipment list. What do you think i need? Here´s what i already have.

My Quad Core DAW.
RME FF400
ADA8000, RNP Pre, Yamaha mixer with some nice pres
Mics: SM57, SM7, SM58, Audix i5, Audio technica AT4047, Crown CM700 SDCs, Sennheiser MD421 and MD422 (defective, tho´), Shure SM91 kick mic.
Monitors: KRK Rokit 8 mk1 (yuck)
A bunch of pedals, my guitars, my home brewn amps, my drumkit, etc.
Headphone amp, some headphones, and some other crap i dont remember atm

I may have some more stuff but i cant remember right now,

Basically, this is it. what do you think its essential ? Btw, please keep the budget as tight as possible (because i live in brazil and everything is friggin expensive).

EDIT: This thread might sound noob-ish but since the budget is limited, i have to make a few choices and i need to know what you, as clients, feel its essential on a small studio. I already record at my own home studio, and at another big studio and i feel a lot of stuff available there is uneeded/never used.

Good monitoring (monitors, headphones) and a good room.
Though I can't exactly say I have those things . I wish I did.
