New TRADElist Thread 03/07

It's not as if I dislike any of these albums (aside from the one by Frostmoon Eclipse). I just don't find myself spinning them, or having the desire to spin them in the near future. I also need major moolah for the Haul of Ages.

I'll throw on Infernal Majesty later today to see if any sparks fly.

Alright motherfuckers....put up your updated lists because I have been getting into a lot of extreme metal again lately and, unfortunately, sold a lot of the stuff I used to have...although the stuff I am interested in, I never owned anyhow....I dont think.

that inquisition was good, but those vocals are not my thing. it wasnt bad by any means. i had just heard tons of praise for the band and wanted to hear myself.

I had the same experience. I still have my copy of Invoking the Majestic Throne of Satan, though...I haven't even given it two complete listens, but I remember the sound being a lot darker somehow, so I was more forgiving about the vocals. I might have even found them oddly fitting...I don't really remember.

if anyone wants to trade for these, let me know:

Thor's Hammer - Fate Worse Than Death (yes, the one w/ that album cover)
Belinus - Battlechants
Havohej - Dethrone the Son of God
Cephalic Carnage - Halls of Amenti

All are fairly difficult to find, especially the Belinus. CC is OOP.

Need somthing good. Give me MDB or something.

J. Do you own "Asunder - Clarion Call"?!? I recently purchased this album after having it on my "to buy list" for many a season. To my surprise and delight, the album is 40:17 of pensive somberness which lifts all of MDB's finest moments (cellos, spoken word that sounds eerily like Aaron, an atmosphere not depressing, but sophisticatedly nigrescent .) Fucking aye, most of the time I forget which band I'm listening to.

Buy it if you haven't already.

Edit - Oh and J.
