New Vader video

I have heard all their cds atleast 5 times over a few years. All of it sounds the same to me. Sometimes I think i'm missing something checking out them again but it never works. The band is hyped so much also. Vader is the Obituary of polished death metal.

I think it's interesting that Americans place "also" at the end of a sentance, while the British would place it in the context like:

"(...); I also think that the band is over-hyped."

Anyway, yes, they have a lot of riffs that are cut from the same mould - however it's a mould I like, and they did help to massively push the resurgence of death metal in 1996.

It is true they sound similar, but so do AC/DC and it never did them any harm. I WOULD like to see Vader push the boat out a little on the next album, even just on one or two tracks - do something that bit more experimental. But, overall, they're still my favourite DM band.
