New York City

Been there a few times in my life, as I'm about 2 hours from NY.

Personally, I don't care for cities at all much. I live in the sticks of Pennsylvania and I'd much rather see the stars at night and hear the crickets chirping at night. I can't stand traffic and lots of people all trying to go somewhere, at the same time, FAST. Wouldn't mind getting to the west coast some time. If I don't have to drive in it, I'm fine with it.....except if I'm getting mugged by thugs or something.

Glad you had a good time!

My 2 favorite (FREE) places in NYC. They are both in Central Park

1. The rock. Just a cool place to lounge/people watch.

2. Bethesda Fountain. Well, actually its "The Mall" the structured staircase/breezeway then into the fountain.

The Mall is just a wide walkway with benches and elm trees on its border.

At the end you enter this terrace. Wich has quite the awesome reverb  (saw a guy playing violin in there.

then you exit the terrace to see the fountain.
