Bloody Newcastle poofters beat the sharkies!
I was at the sharks/Bronces match, at the sharks/bulldogs match, and was at the sharks/newcastle match....
I had plans to go to the sharks/parra match this weekend but bloody Andrew Johns the whinging bastard had to get in my way didnt he!!
On the upside, atleast now I can get pissed without having to worry about concerntrating too hard on the game..........
and as if that aint enuff... we are losing Adam Dykes to Parra, Paul McNicholas, Richardson and Gros to Souths, john and Martin Lang to Penrith, Mat Rogers to Union!!!

Atleast we get Matty Johns though... although I would have prefered to have kept Dykes.. he has been sensational this year!!

*I'm* going to be at Stadium Australia watching the game live, way up in the nosebleed section. Should be a good game (hopefully!). Not sure who I want to win yet, as neither team is a favourite of mine - I'm probably leaning towards Newcastle though. Just doesn't seem right seeing Brian Smith win a premiership!
Its unfortunate that my team the Penrith Panthers only just missed the finals this year. I really thought that when we finally won a game in about round 15 that we were going to start to make our run to the finals, but a few bad refereeing decisions let us down, and we missed out. Im sure we will be the prmiers next your though.
I still dont know who im going for, I live close to Parra, but I like the underdog, so I might go for Newcastle, or Ill go for both that way I cant lose. Unless they draw, go into extra time and still cant break the deadlock and have to replay the game.

They wear a fetching design of blue, white and red. Luckily pastels and colours are in this year, thus Newcastle have won the fashion stakes already. A portent of things to come? Is Spawn bored and posting crap because of said boredidity? (I made a new word!)

I don't mind Newcastle being underdog. That makes winning even sweeter. Especially with so many Parramatta doodle heads around the place.

I think you underestimate your supporter base.
I've found common Knights fans to be the most biased in the whole NRL. You only have to watch an NBN sports report to see that -- nothing about ANY other NRL team but the Knights.
Besides, there'll be more Knights fans at Stadium Australia than Eels fans -- almost ALL of Newcastle will be there. How do you think Johns got Dally-M Player Of The Year? All of Newcastle rang up and voted for him.
