Tell me about it. We had a cracked copy of XP Pro and now have to get the genuine thing because we keep getting hit by Trojans. Thankfully, my father-in-law is getting us a copy from his work for next to nothing.

Well windows 64 will be out soon designed for 64 bit machines and the web is gearing up for it, hense the new look and very mac'y Explorer 7, (Ps if you havent installed it yet it's shit and blokes everything).

So I'm afraid new PC's for most people soon anyway. Unless like some you saw 64 coming and have a PC to upgrade to 64 bit.

ETL - im waiting for my CF card with Damn Small Linux pre-installed on it. i was trying to do it myself but it wouldn't load right.

Linux is great, i've ran Fedora on one of my pc's and it looks like linux with the GUI format and all but it just didn't clunk around. Firefox was nice as well.

Damn Small Linux actually can run off a cd rom on as little as 50 MB of space and connects to the web effortlessly.
