the whole fucking reason that the USA has not already vaporized the entirety of North Korea yet, is just simply that it would be very hard (maybe impossible) to kill all of North Korea instantly without exposing South Korea (and possibly some other countries) to (potentially) lethal radiation poisoning

if there's a way to kill every single human in North Korea without using Nuclear weapons, USA will eventually do it

Probably Kunsan AB. lol, a lot of overseas bases have restaurants like that. I guess it's to give people a sense of home with shitty chain restaurants... I was stationed at Ramstein for 3 years and they have a Chili's there.
