Now I've seen/heard it all - Opeth & VH1

That's some scary shit...the fact that the producers of the show actually play an Opeth song in correlation to a J-Lo workout program. For some odd reason, I find that offensive.
 
The guitar passages in the song are long enough to serve well as background music. The editors of the show don't have to loop, they can just play it until the next segment.

I'd disagree. I see In Flames hot on the heels of modern mainstream metal bands like Korn and Slipknot.
