Never got around to listening to BRT though I should.

Amon Amarth - Fate of Norns.

Fucking awesome tale.
Sung with such passion

And Joe yes you should, so glad they were mentioned in this thread.

I very much agree. It gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it.

That song and Ride For Vengeance

Also, thank you EmeticGore for starting this thread, I've been introduced to some killer new music thanks to it :)

I'm discovering some great music in this thread myself. Glad I could contribute some.

If you like that style you should also check out:

Aes Dana - Mer de glace et d'ombre

Wow awesome shit, celtic black metal, thanks for showing me this

Dimmu Borgir - Mourning Palace

Never heard of it. But the name sounds like it's related to Hellyeah.
In which case it sucks. But if not than w/e.

Severe Torture - Buried Hatchet

Naa man it's not. It's more like Pantera. They started out way more punk. But Venom & Tears sounds a lot like Pantera.
Hellyeah is kind of sad in my eyes. I was excited when I heard about the project, got the CD and turned it off within the first three songs, then gave it away. Did the same with Bloodsimple, the first song they release Straight Hate, was awesome...rest of that CD blew Barney's balls.

Joseph Haydn - Vivace

Making a playlist for the rest of the day (gonna be BBQing and that), I've got Lifelover, Kronos, Upsilon Acrux and Mar De Grises so far. Gifv recommendations.

Well, altough I don't really listen to Haydn, I think Metal is the replacement for classical music nowadays. If Mozart and Beethoven lived today they would be in a Metal band! :kickass:

Now playing: Falkenbach - As Long As Winds Will Blow

Epic!
