Been looking forward to getting home from work all day just so I can listen to the 'Framework' album. I'm hooked!

I discovered these guys just before their second album, In Progress, released in NA. So I bought that album and then their first, Artwork. I have to say that I enjoyed the first album much more, mostly cause I was (and still am) hooked on 'Why Do I?', 'Once in a Lifetime', and 'Cover Me'. Those songs are addictive as fuck, but I have to say that 'Once in a Lifetime' truly lives up to its name. Although, 'My Waking Dream' from Framework almost comes close. I wish they'd do more ballads like those.

It sucks just a little that my interest in AOR has been diminishing over time, but I still check out albums from bands like these and buy the CD if there are at least 2 great songs.

Interesting stuff. Personally I'm getting more and more bored of heavier stuff (I'm listening to less Thrash and I can't remember the last time I listened to anything widely considered Death Metal, to give just some examples) and whilst I've nearly always liked Music with more melodic or AOR vibes, the latter is mostly taking over in terms of the Music I found most easy to go back to and enjoy.

Although going back to Thrash, Annihilator just announced UK tour dates for next year, including Sheffield (close to me) and they're still one of my favourite bands so I'm f***ing hyped for that!

Listened to the Artwork album several times now. Damn korruption you weren't joking about those songs, especially 'Why Do I'. I've listened to that song so many times in so little time it's ridiculous. I REALLY hope I get to see this band live one day!
