The Pimp ain't gonna believe that Hypocrisy or any other band is on their way downunder until I's sees some offical words -either from a promoter or the band themselves.

For far too long, Australian metalheads have been victim to the rumours of an international band coming here, when the band only said in an interview: "Oh, Australia? Yeah. We'd love to play there someday".

Fuck that shits me!!!

But any-hoo, who distributes Hypocrisy's stuff in Australia? Modern Invasion or someoen else? 'Cause we're better off getting someone to check with them, because they would be doing all the booking for Hypocrisy if they were to ever come down here.

Also, as pretty much a confirmed rumour. Legendary thrash metal gods Motorhead my be coming out to play at least one show only, a Sydney Bikie's Festival with Rose Tattoo. But that's only if the promoter doesn't run into any legal trouble (like the same insurance bullshit that cancelled M4TB).

Hypocrisy is distributed by Riot. They don't do much in the way of booking or promoting live shows. The promoter who is bringing Hypocrisy out is a regular poster on this board.

I's don't think so, Koichi.
All I's heard is vague rumours and strange mumblings.
Until someone can come up with some proper confirmation and tour dates that are set in concrete, I's ain't gonna get my's hopes up for nothing and nobody.
I's just don't want to get my's hopes again and have them broken like all the other times with all those other bands. I's wants this one to be special, to actually mean something. And not be some fly-by-night promise, where you tell me things but they never happens. I'm not that kinda person. . .

Can you positively confirm that Hypocrisy will be touring Australia in November or are ya just yanking out chain.
And if they are going to tour, wil they be coming to Canberra. Because The Pimp might be able to help out with venue arrangements and support booking if they are (hey, is it a sin to try and get a little busniess every now and again? ).
