O/T: Armored Saint "Win Hands Down"

Wouldn't say terrible, but when I heard it for the first time I was like "well, I hope the rest of the album is better". It has grown on me since then, but this one really IS better.

Ok "terrible" might have been a tad strong, but "farking average" would sum it up for me!

I guess I should clarify: I meant that I wasn't in to La Raza very much. I love both of these new tracks. I do respect your opinion's though ;)

Wasn't into La Raza much either. But I have to say I listened to it like a month ago after a very long time, and thought it was okay.

OK, just preordered Win Hands Down special edition!

Any idea what's on the DVD that comes in the special edition? I've looked online but cant find any details....

They are gonna stream a new song today.
Looks like I will have known every song on it by the time it officially comes out (and into my mailbox).

Listening to it now - An Exercise in Debauchery. Very cool.

Actually been listening to all 3 new tunes - all great. First day buyer here.

I thought that "Excersise In Debauchery" is about Anthrax and how they treated John  but then I read it's actually about porn.
My album version is preordered, now gotta check the song out.

This new record is out in a week. Can't wait, and have it on pre-order.

Have been listening to Symbol of Salvation a lot lately. I'd forgotten how great that record is!!!!!!!

I got the album when I saw them a couple weeks ago. It's killer. The more I listen to it the better it gets. Lots of great riffs and solos. They said they were going into the studio and were going to do whatever they wanted, and that's exactly what this sounds like. I'm especially digging the "ballad", Dive. John's really outdone himself on this album. One thing that also jumped out at me is there are a ton of lyrics in most of the songs. Anyway. Saint has conquered...again.

Can't wait for my preordered copy to come, hopefully next week! I think European version comes out sooner.

Killer record from start to finish, the best vocals John Bush has ever laid down. Scott and Charlie must be scratching their heads while listening :)

Finally picked it up and damn, great album! The only song I don't really care for is Dive. The rest is exactly what I expect from Armored Saint. I liked La Raza, but this is so much heavier and better.

Dive is pretty good. This album is way, way better than La Raza. I think it's the album of their career.
