The two episodes I just watched had the Daleks and Cybermen invading the Earth via the Torchwood facility. How old are those?

Fucking groovy! I´d like to catch an episode or two of that. I´m checking it out, see if it´s my cup of tea. I never got Dr. Who but this I might enjoy.
