O/T--For Soldiers

I came across this website. It seems like a really cool idea regardless of what we all think of the reasons for the war or all the related stuff. I've had a lot of friends in the military and they always loved getting mail.

My first thought was sending some old books and an Anthrax CD or 2 or 3!! I hope to do it by Saturday!

That's a pretty cool idea.
My friend's mother-in-law is a nurse for the army, so I have sent stuff to injured troops via her. But, I will share this site with others.

I work in a bookstore and to make room we send older books back to the publisher which are picked based on sales. the hardbacks get sent back whole and the paperbacks get stripped of the front cover and we just throw away the bulk of the book. I can save the strips and send them. we do about 900 strips a month.
