Threw a white onion, a ripe red tomato, a banana pepper and two avacado's in your food processor. Throw this chopped mix in a big bowl with two can's of black beans, a can of corn, some cilantro, a splash of fresh lime, and dash of Cabo. Boom. You got the bomb ass salsa/dip, and it was virtually maintenance free.
