This is definitely some fucked up shit. I wanted to go to the show.
I wonder how it really happened... I talked to a guy who had been at that show in 2010 and he told me Blythe had kicked a fan so hard he hit his head real bad. Didn't know whether it was the one who died though.

I am not too familiar with the law of different countries, but if somebody dies, from having been in altercation with a foreigner, in this case an US resident:

Would the security people at the airport let this person leave the country, before the case has been dealt with by the police/court?

Would one volunteerily return to the country in question, when knowing one might have to go to jail for 5-10 years, if not willing to offer himself for the truth and justice system?

IMO there should be no case against Randy. At all.

They set the bail on approximately 200 thousand dollars according to the lawyers, which is said to be Randy's annual income. The guy's name was Daniel, he was 19. He tried to burst onstage three times, Randy says he was only trying to defend his space. He said he didn't know that the guy died (which is obvious otherwise they would have avoided Prague like plague) and that he regrets it a lot. He's still in jail as far as I know.
There are big discussion about it all over Czech web. Some ppl defend Blythe, some don't. I have mixed feelings about it. But it really sucks that this thing happened. It's wrong for everyone including us the
metal fans.

Yes. After seeing some video of the incident, I don't see how they're blaming Randy for this. He barely touched the kid!

So figuring randy s worth 13m, the other guys must be worth about the same, and they are begging people to help their friend cause he cant afford defense for a murder trial.

Ive met randy, Ive hung out with randy, even had the opportunity to toss him from a few shows in Richmond for being really drunk and doing the same shit this guy who died did, repeatedly trying to get on stage during other peoples performances.

Nothing wrong with taking advantage of sensationalism and the media to drum up supporter cash. Just ask the old lady being tormented by school kids on the bus or George Zimmerman. They should hand out meet and greet passes to donors of over $100. Also, all donations to be reimbursed if hes convicted.
