~While it's not Among the Living or Persistence of Time, there is quite a bit of good music on Anthrax's new one We've Come For You All. I was beginning to detest John Bush and was ready to throw all the Bush era albums out, until I gave this a couple listens and now John has become one of my favorite vocalists. Scott as returned with as much riffage as he could muster and Charlie has proven once again why he is one of the best drummers in the world.

~The album itself has some really heavy and fast stuff mixed in with some more laid back and rocking moments. The Pantera influence is all but gone (except maybe in one song) replaced with the familiar classic Slayer and, (a Dimmu Borgir blast beat?) a songwriting sincerity and band "clicking" that Anthrax hasn't truly had since Spreading the Disease. The production is outstanding, and really shows off how hard they've been working to perfect this post-Belladonna sound.

~Even if you haven't listened in years you definately have to give this album a shot!

I agree, it is a pretty good record. granted its no among the living or spreading the disease but is arguably the best bush era album.
just saw them last week too w/ motorhead and they were great!

I downloaded the record and I honestly don't really care for it. I have to give credit to Scott Ian though , he has gotten pretty close to his dream of becoming "Dimebag Darrell". His rhythm and leads sound as close to Dimebag as ever before, and with the pink beard , he's almost there.

John's vocals just don't fit Anthrax...they used to be one of my faves and now I don't even have any intrest in their new stuff....the last cd of theirs I bought was the Sound of White Noise (when it came out)...It's just not Joey damnit!!!!!

I must be one of the few people who can't stand this new album. I was expecting anything like their classic albums, but was still really excited about it and severely disappointed when I listened to it. A lot of it to me was quite dreary and forgettable, some parts reminded me of Nickelback fer crying out loud. I am rapidly losing patience with John Bush, his vocals are almost an insult to Neil and Joey.

Really?? I Got My Tcket For The La Show With Death Angel.

Can't Wait To Hear It Live!!

I'll concede that some of these songs will sound great live (like the "Come on! Come on!" one)...that's all I will concede -_-

~HUNGER, Anthrax have had their share or terrible songs, but they've never done anything mall-core. When they did I'm The Man and Bring the Noise, nobody else was doing that at the time. Anthrax remains true. No offense but your "very reliable source" either has something against Thrax or he's just a fool. Slayer and Machine Head are more "NU" than Anthrax have ever been or will ever be. And at the other end of the spectrum I should say that no... We've Come for You All doesn't sound contrived like Megadeth's The World Needs a Hero album either.
