What is with this annoying trend to start every sentence with So.....
Fucking annoying.

I also have a major issue with the word 'like' being used for everything. It's so like..., he was like..., she was like.., they were like... Everythnig is a similie!

It's even worse when someone writes it in the same context.

I'm guilty of using 'so' as the opening word often. I don't give a fuck what you think, WDD, it's a great opening word! Not liking the like-ing, do you know what I'm saying.

It's an odd one as I don't recall its use so much until very recently. Interested to where these quirks of speach come from though generally I think it's the U.S - particualry the 'like' thing!

Absolutely not, I'm from Finland! I try to make it less obvious though, I've learned my english from movies and music, so unlike most Fnnish people, I don't speak 'correctly' the way they teach us in school.

Honestly, until recently, I thought you were from the US. Never really paid attention to the location under your avatar. I wish I could learn a foreign language as well as you did. I'm way to dumb though.
