Exactly! Love Hell Patrol, All Guns Blazing, Nightcrawler!!! Awesome CD.

I remember first hearing that song and I just HAD to learn the drums to it. After about 2 weeks of solid practice I nailed it, at age 15. The really funny thing is when I auditioned/walked on as first chair drummer for my high school, the then sr. drummer asked me to play it (after bragging). After I did, he got all mad and started yelling "you played it too fast, your double bass is wayyy off. I worked on that song for 4 months!!" and stormed out of the band room. I was never prouder.

What is cool is the song is still VERY metal today. Me and a cousin used to make fun of it as well saying that Rob was kicked in the balls and was screaming not pain killer, but "PAIN! PAIN!! KILL HER!! KILL HER!!!" We laughed for hours.....:p

Good call...Hell Patrol is my absolute, all time, killer, Emperor of Judas Priest songs.

Death's cover of the song "Painkiller" is one of the VERY few that I thing is actually better then the original.

But yes, Painkiller Rocks - as does all Priest - even the ripper shit (in comparioson to a lot of the other shit out there)

Check timing. The original is FASTER than Chuck's version :Spin:
