Same here. I've never heard Painkiller except MAYBE once 19 years ago. So it sounds like I would be in for cool surprise if I was to purchase it (or someone copy it )

I bought my copy for £1 at a car boot sale.

Check out Stained Class, Sin After Sin or Sad Wings Of Destiny if you want to hear some real serious influential metal. Saints in Hell or Dissident Aggressor stomp all over Painkiller :hotjump:

Painkiller is one of my favourite METAL tracks (and albums), I own it. Everytime I go to a bar I start yelling "Painkiller! Painkiller!" and sometimes they play it :hotjump: . Priest rules .

Thank you...those are some of the most amazing metal albums ever recorded...intelligent, progressive and ahead of their time...underrated for sure!!!

Painkiller is cool and fun, but its lyrical content is ridiculous and it is overrall well below the true Priest standard!

That's pretty impressive considering it came out 16 years ago.
